Hi again, og, OK, this would be the order of preference:
1. Truck (none you know of, too bad)
2. Panel
3. Bus
4. 'vert beetle
5. 'vert ghia
6. Ghia
7. beetle
I'm not fussy tho, I'd take a solid Ghia over a shabby truck if it meant I could drive it from day 1.
The main requirement is that it is good enough to pass inspection without spending more than a weekend or 2 working on it. Paint is not an issue, but as little welding as possible, good running gear and a useable trans and gearbox. I want to use it whilst I restore my microbus and not start a collection of projects and get snowed under.

OK now BONGO
ok you left the cars open to dicussion, you do not really care what it is as long as it is rustfree or very close?I know of hundreds of project cars, maybe even a thousand. You tell me exactly the condition you want and I will scare one up.
I know of ealry ghia projects, bus projects double door panels, bugs,no trucks right now.. but I can find anything you want really .I am in a dry state of texas, humid yes rainy? sometimes.I can help you with the shipping and all that.Titles are usually my biggest problem but I have found a way to handle that issue lately.
I did find a super nice ghia the other day a 68 hardtop factory paint and appears to be rustfree or from what I coudl see of it anyways working on finding the owner now..I will see if I can post picture.. as you know my luck with that is limited so lets see if I am lucky today.. crap where is the upload a picture button i saw earlier or is that just if you want to starta new thread.. help....
ahhhhhhhh! wheres allan...haha

well ORANGE BUG ,sorry the euro bumpers are only over there, i guess we hardly ever see them here.
I have two rear bumpers still with good chrome.. not super super straight but they are very easy to straighten even without hurting the chrome. have done this before with a vise and 2 blocks of wood.. sounds primitive but it works..with some time..they usually rust out so bad on the corners there hard to find solid..

I might be interested in Ghia front and rear bumpers if the Crome is OK. I would prefer the European type without override bars.

It is for a 1961 Coupé

Price ?
