There was an article recently which suggested the use of a solution of Automatic transmission fluid and Acetone mixed at a ratio of 1=1 to be greatly more effective than any of the commercial penetrating oils. re: Popular Mechanics or Popular Science. It may be hard on the remaining seals though. Definitely hard on rubber!
Please clean the machine thoroughly after its use.
