efter lang tid lidt nyheder, som jeg vil dele med andre interesserede
som bekendt ville/kunne airkwld ikke producere dem - men nu har en anden taget over !!
jeg har bestilt !
Hello all,
Some of you might know me and my work...
In case you don't check my nickname BerT3 at http://www.TheSamba.com
I decided to have a one-off run of TIII dropped spindles made
I know this has been discussed before
I have this thought out and worked with some majors in this industry to finally have a foolproof business and financial plan
The idea is to have only 50 sets made
I am not in for the money as the investment is huge in relation to the eventual profit
This is just something I want to achieve, to contribute to the TIII community
For those intrested in the actual process they will be machined out of special (custom) graded alloy billet steel alike "steel 57"
Here's the actual deal:
- One off run of 50 sets
- Sets with NO extra offset !
- Retailprice of EURO 400 postage included paid with Pay Pal to the USA
- Retailprice of EURO 450 postage included paid with Pay Pal to Canada and Australia
- I need to take deposits of EURO 100 with Pay Pal (yes in EUROS) when reaching the 20th of September
- The deposits will be kept until 20th September 2007 (my birthday) on a special Pay Pal account
- If I can reach a safe barrier I call my man to start the run
- They will be finished by the end of October - we calculated 150 machine / man hours
- I mail everyone who paid a deposit to pay the remainings - no refunds on the deposits for any reason like you sold the car by then
- They should be posted and collected by you by the end of November
If intrested mail me at bert.van.der.jeught@pandora.be
THIS IS THE REAL DEAL !
lidt extra info
They will only be made for disc brakes !
They are dropped 42mm at the spindles - makes 55 - 60mm at the wheelarch
42mm to make sure the lower balljoint pin won't hit a wider rim !
You intrested in a set then ?
Regards,
BerT3
