This bus is a dry California vehicle which has had a full restoration and painted in its original Chianti red. Interior is all original and in fantastic condition, with new reproduction covers on the front and rear seats.New upgraded 3 window pop top canvas and seals recently installed. This bus runs and drives well with all electrical functioning as it should. Tires are brand new hancook RA80s.Recent upgraded 1600 tp engine runs strong.Brakes work great, recently overhauled.
As it is a 1971 it had disc brakes up front. Very solid and straight body.Very solid in all of the usual rust areas: doglegs, windshield, floors, and rear corners are all dry. Includes original childs cot, owners manuals, center stool, All interior/camping lights work as well as the sink/faucet.
This is a great looking Westy in one of my favorite early model Westy color schemes, quite a rare colour to find. Great bus to enjoy with the family for years to come.
